She has published numerous journal articles on the subject, including work for the Oncology Nursing Society and the American Lymphedema Framework Project. In addition to her research, Ellen is an advocate for her patients, working tirelessly to secure compression garment funds locally through Lymphedema Resources, Inc, and lobbying in Washington D.C. for the Lymphedema Treatment Act, a bill aimed at ensuring Medicare funding for compression garments.\n
