Point-based techniques may be considered as part of a personalized plan for pain and tension.
Pain is personal. Ellen takes time to understand what you’re experiencing, what matters to you, and which hands-on or point-based techniques may be appropriate for your care.

Whether discomfort is new or has been part of your life for a while, a visit begins with your story, health history, and goals. Ellen can discuss possible approaches, answer questions, and help you decide on a next step that fits.
